By accessing or using the Helius PoL Engine API, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part, you may not use our services.
Helius Network provides the Proof-of-Life Engine API — a fraud-detection and activity-verification service enabling third-party applications to verify real-world human activity and issue token rewards.
Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. All plans include a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged until day 8. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months.
You must not: use the API to verify fraudulent activities, attempt to game or manipulate the PoL algorithm, resell API access without an Enterprise licence, or use the service for any illegal purpose.
API usage is subject to tier-based rate limits. Excessive requests beyond your tier may result in temporary suspension. Contact us for Enterprise tier upgrades.
The PoL algorithm, HeliusOS security protocol, and all related technology remain the exclusive intellectual property of Helius Network. API access does not grant rights to the underlying algorithm.
Helius Network is not liable for reward decisions made by third-party applications using our API, token value fluctuations, or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the API.
