1. Data We Collect

When you use the Helius PoL Engine, we collect: account information (name, email, organisation), API usage logs (endpoint calls, timestamps, response codes), activity session metadata (session IDs, timestamps, verification results), and billing information processed securely via Stripe.

We do not store raw GPS coordinates or sensor data beyond the verification window. After fraud analysis, raw location data is discarded.

2. HeliusOS Data

HeliusOS transmits only anonymised threat signatures to support@heliusnetwork.com. No file contents, personal documents, or browsing data are ever transmitted. You can disable reporting at any time from the HeliusOS dashboard.

3. How We Use Your Data

Providing and improving the PoL verification service
Processing payments via Stripe
Sending account notifications and API usage alerts
Security monitoring and fraud prevention

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share data only with: Stripe (payment processing), Netlify (hosting), and Anthropic (AI responses via Olo — no user PII is included in AI queries).

5. Data Retention

Account data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days. You may request deletion at any time by emailing support@heliusnetwork.com.

6. Security

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256-GCM). Our HeliusOS encryption protocol applies to all stored credentials and session data.
