Grant. Personal, non-exclusive licence to install HeliusOS on machines you own or control. Available to Growth and Enterprise subscribers only.

Security Reporting. HeliusOS transmits anonymised threat signatures to [email protected]. Only transmitted: threat category, severity, and SHA-256 hash of affected file paths. No file contents, passwords, or personal data are ever transmitted. Reporting can be disabled in Settings at any time.

Restrictions. No reverse engineering, redistribution, or resale. No unlawful use.

Updates. You consent to automatic security patches.

Disclaimer. Provided as-is. Helius Network is not liable for system incompatibilities or data loss.

Governing Law. England and Wales.
